Our holiday home comes fully equipped for a comfortable and carefree stay.

The fully fitted kitchen includes an electric hob with oven, a fridge-freezer, a kettle and a coffee maker. There is also a water storage tank with a pressure pump, ensuring you always have sufficient water.

In the cozy living room, you'll find a smart TV and free Wi-Fi. For warm days, there is an air conditioner and a fan. The property has child-safe sockets for added peace of mind.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and hot water supplied by a solar boiler.

Additionally, there is a washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes horse, and pegs - ideal for longer stays.

For safety, there is a fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, a first aid kit, and a clearly marked escape route. A list of emergency contacts with important phone numbers is also available.

Upon arrival, towels, tea towels, hand soap, and toilet paper will be provided to ensure a smooth start to your stay.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and an overflow area with an extra bed (120x200 cm). Via a spiral staircase, you can reach the rooftop terrace, furnished with a table, chairs, umbrella, and power socket - a delightful spot to enjoy the sun.

The accommodation is suitable for up to three adults, two adults with one child, or two small children.
