Houserules

We hope you have a lovely time and feel right at home. To ensure that everyone can enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules:

• Quiet times: Noise disturbance, especially between 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00, should be avoided.

• Parties & music: Respect your neighbors! Parties and loud music are not allowed.

• Cleanliness: Keep the property clean and tidy during your stay.

• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. On the roof terrace, smoking is allowed if you use an ashtray to safely dispose of cigarettes, etc., due to fire hazards.

• Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

• Sanitation: The sewage system in Greece is not suitable for toilet paper and similar waste. Use the trash bin in the bathroom for toilet paper to prevent clogs.

• Drinking water: Tap water is drinkable, but due to its chlorine content, we recommend using bottled water.

• Waste disposal: Use the garbage bins for food and other waste, and take your waste to the large containers along the main road. Do not leave any garbage outside to prevent insects and rodents.

• Conservation: We appreciate it if you are mindful of water usage and do not use air conditioning unnecessarily.

• Maximum number of guests: 3 adults, or 2 adults with 2 children.

• Visitors: Receiving visitors is allowed; however, overnight stays for visitors are not permitted.
