Cancellation conditions
We understand that plans can sometimes change. Please feel free to contact us first in such cases so we can look for a suitable solution together. Cancellations can be communicated via email at info@oikosfilon.com, mentioning your invoice number.
In case of cancellation of your booking, the following conditions apply:
• Up to 30 days before the arrival date: no cancellation fees are charged; the deposit is fully refunded.
• Between 29 and 14 days before the arrival date: 30% of the accommodation costs will be charged.
• Between 13 days and 1 day before the arrival date: 50% of the accommodation costs will be charged.
In case of a no-show: the full cost of the stay will be charged.
We recommend that you purchase travel or cancellation insurance when booking to ensure adequate protection in unforeseen circumstances.
